Making a difference to the people who matter most to you.

Youth Life Coach | Mentor | Secondary School Teacher | NLP Practitioner

I’ve always had a deep passion for working with young people. With over a decade of experience in secondary schools, I’ve supported students through social, emotional and academic challenges. After starting my own family, I further trained in life coaching and neuro-linguistic programming, giving me powerful tools to support young people in a personalised, practical and empowering way.

After many years in classrooms, on sporting fields and leading year levels, I realised I wanted more than to teach curriculum. I wanted to educate young people in life skills and self-awareness, helping them to build confidence, resilience and gain clarity so they can step into who they truly are and what they’re capable of becoming.

My coaching supports young people aged 13–30 to better understand themselves when life feels hard. We explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours to build awareness and practical strategies to navigate challenges with confidence. Coaching is about meeting young people where they’re at, deeply listening and creating space for growth. It’s more than just talking. It’s learning how to respond, make empowered choices and move toward meaningful goals.

As a mum of two, I understand the privilege and challenge of raising young people in a world that is constantly influencing thoughts, feelings and actions. That’s why every session is individually tailored and my clients are in the driver’s seat. Together, we clarify where they are now and where they want to go. My role is to support, guide and help them to build capacity and resources to move towards their own future with confidence.

My style is relaxed and informal. I use a range of interactive approaches such as whiteboarding, visuals, somatic practices, ball sports, walking sessions, movement and creative activities. Whatever helps young people feel comfortable, connected and open while doing the deeper mindset work.

“Raising a young person can be one of life’s most rewarding experiences…and also one of the most challenging.

Many young people struggle with confidence, decision-making, finding their identity and managing the ups and downs of everyday life - and as a parent, it can be hard to know how best to support them.

I help young people understand themselves, grow themselves and have confidence to be themselves. Together, we explore what’s happening in their world, what might be holding them back and what strengths they already have. Through supportive coaching, we uncover small, practical steps that help them gain confidence, clarity and the skills they need to thrive in everyday life.

“Your coaching has been really positive for his personal development.”

— Gordon, parent of 11 year old
