We all deserve support as we grow.
Coaching Services
Personalised, individual coaching tailored specifically for youth needs, goals and challenges. These sessions provide a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, develop self-awareness, build confidence and learn practical tools for navigating life pressures.
Each session is guided by where the young person is at and what they want to work towards, ensuring meaningful and lasting growth.
School Organisation and Study Sessions
These sessions are designed to help students build the skills they need to feel more in control of their schoolwork. We focus on practical strategies for planning, prioritising, and getting started on tasks, especially when motivation is low or things feel overwhelming.
Students learn how to manage their time, reduce distractions, and create simple systems that actually work for them, using tools like planners, checklists, and structured routines. With a supportive and personalised approach, these sessions aim to reduce stress, build confidence, and help students follow through on their work more consistently.
Moving Minds offers one-on-one movement and personal growth sessions in a safe, supportive environment.
Not everyone feels comfortable with exercise or team sport. Moving Minds is for people who need a different approach — one that meets them where they are. Through personalised movement sessions, personal growth workbook and conversations, clients build confidence, self-awareness and capability, using movement as a tool for personal growth as well as physical wellbeing.
