Helping young people feel seen, heard and supported.

What is Coaching

Coaching is a supportive, future-focused process that helps young people understand themselves, build confidence and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life. Coaching is not therapy and it’s not about telling people what to do. Instead, it’s a strengths-based partnership — real conversations, gentle guidance and practical strategies that help them make sense of their thoughts, emotions, and choices.

Sessions are guided by conversation, reflection and practical tools. The young person is always in the driver’s seat — I walk alongside them, helping them gain clarity, confidence, and direction.

In coaching, we explore:

  • What’s happening for them right now

  • What’s getting in the way

  • What strengths and resources they already have

  • What steps will help them move forward

  • What they want to achieve

Through this process, young people are supported to grow themselves and be themselves, gaining clarity, confidence and the skills to thrive in everyday life.

How Coaching Helps

Coaching provides a space to pause, reflect and move forward, without pressure or judgement. Whether a teen is navigating emotional overwhelm, stuck in patterns, or simply wanting to understand themselves better, coaching offers clarity, growth and direction.

Coaching can support young people with:
• confidence & self-esteem
• stress and overwhelm
• decision-making
• managing anxiety
• communication & assertiveness
• goal setting
• life changes & transitions
• boundaries
• career exploration
• resilience and mindset
• coping skills
• friendships & social challenges
• study habits & time management
• identity & self-understanding
